Martha has been amazing. Because our circumstances changed several times, and because we had the luxury of time for this purchase, it took many years before we purchased a home. When it came time for us to find a permanent location for our business, we found ourselves in need of a piece of land in Tuftonboro. We became aware of a vacant undeveloped lot which we felt would suit our needs and reached out to Martha for her guidance and representation.
